Finnish Nordic Angel Program Syndicate Invests €115k into Screenful

After months of screening, valuating, sparring and discussing, a Nordic syndicate of 14 angels decided to invest into - a project management tool which provides project management teams visual dashboards and automated team status reports. The winner of the cross-border angel investment through Nordic Angel Program by EstBAN was announced on the stage of Estonia's largest startup festival on May 25. The joint investment capital of €170k came from 34 angel investors from Estonia, Netherlands, Belgium and Saudi Arabi and in total, 105 startups applied for the funding.

WHY

In addition to boosting business angel activity and funding available for startups, the goal is to develop a cross-boder angel investing concept that can be replicated in any country.

The two-year program is powered by EU’s Horizon2020 program.
